Brilliant bit of kit. I was struggling to see my green beam cross line laser level outside while doing some groundwork. Clipped this onto the staff with the heavy-duty clamp and found the level instantly at 40 metres. Paid for itself on day one.
I refuse to pay the premium for a Milwaukee laser level receiver. Bought this Huepar one instead and it works perfectly in pulse mode. The three-sided LED is really bright and the beep is loud enough to hear over site noise.
Very accurate and the clamp feels solid, not cheap plastic. My only minor gripe is that it takes a 9V battery rather than being USB rechargeable, but it lasts ages anyway. Great value.
Used it for laying out a large patio in bright sunlight. You literally cannot see the laser line by eye, but this detector picks it up perfectly. The fine and coarse settings are very handy for getting millimetre accuracy.
Fast delivery to Scotland. The build quality is excellent, easily on par with my old Bosch laser level accessories. The dual red and green detection means I can use it with both my indoor and outdoor lasers.
